At CarPlay DIY we always source the best products for your car but on the rare occasion where you find a problem we always try our best to resolve it. Below we have a set of guidelines if you find yourself in one of these situations.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

This is a guarantee that, if you don't like the product, you get a full reimbursement of what you paid for the product(s). This 30-day period starts when you purchase the product.

The following conditions must be met before a full refund is issued:

  • The Product must be sent before the 30-day period
  • The Product must be returned in the condition it was sent to the recipient of said product (or in the condition it was sent to the address used upon purchase).
  • All Tools (If present) must be returned.
  • The Product must be returned using a courier or a postal service that provides a package tracking system. The Valid Tracking ID of the returning product must be submitted to CarPlay DIY when the returning product is sent/accepted by the courier.
  • Until the returning product is received by CarPlay DIY, you, the recipient of the purchased product, are liable to during transit. In the case if it is damaged or lost during transit, we will work together to try resolve a solution with the courier to provide some compensation. (This purely relies on the couriers damaged or lost goods policy).

Once all these conditions are met you will receive your refund in 5 working days.

1 Year Warranty

All our products sold on www.carplaydiy.com come with a 1 year warranty that starts once you purchase one of our product.

Possible hurdles you may run into that is covered by your warranty:

  • Product faults like the item isn't working as intended
  • Product "not turning on"
  • Product is of poor quality (slow screen, apps not working, system generally slow)

If you think that your product falls into one of them categories please contact us so we can resolve the problem.

If it is decided that your product does fit one of the options above we will provide you with either a partial refund of the product or a replacement of the product once the faulty product is returned.

What our warranty doesn't cover:

  • Damaged Products that appear to be damaged by the physical force (subject to opinion of customer service)
  • Theft of products or parts

If you think that your purchased product's problem falls under the warranty there will be a review process. During the review you must:

  1. Provide a valid receipt for the product (the one provided once you purchased it)
  2. Provide valid proof of receiving the purchased product
  3. Provide a detailed description of the problem with the product
  4. A Clear video of the described problem
  5. Clear photos of the problem (The more the better!)

When these are submitted to the customer service and it will be reviewed. Our priority is to provide a solution to the problem and if no solution can be found it will be covered by the warranty.
